According to school policy, students entering school between the ages of 5 on or before August 1 and the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Records needed for entry: 1) Birth certificate or equivalent proof of citizenship; 2) Previous school records; 3) Immunization record; 4) Social security number; 5)Proof of residency
Parents and students will also be asked to complete a registration packet that includes personal information and other school documentation needed for enrollment.
